About Neelofar:

My Life Motto: “Always be kinder than necessary”. This is how I choose to live and who I choose to be, constantly pushing my limits to only rest when I am the best.The meaning of Neelofar is the Lotus Water Lily, so I definitely feel at home at LotusFM as this can be heard as I am in my element On Air!Life is filled with various challenges and without it I wouldn’t have thrived under pressure. I support the notion that we all can succeed in life doing our very best. I love speeding in my own lane. “Live and Let Live.”

Experience And Progression:

• My love for radio began growing up as a child listening to “Radio Lotus.”
• In my teens I started presenting various shows ranging from lifestyle to political satire on a community based radio station.

Accomplishments:

•  My passion for public speaking led me to be selected to tour South Africa, debating at Universities around the country.
•  I also represented the NPI (National Productivity Institute).
• I attained my National SA colours in Debating.
•  My classroom and sports background at high school level allowed me to coach the U17 Inter Schools Provincial volleyball and netball teams to victory.
