Keshav Dass comes with a diverse background spanning radio and on-stage performance, newspaper writer as well as event MC, he has established a solid reputation among peers, live audiences, readers and listeners as a dynamic broadcaster who stays aware of the demands and desires of the general public. He is the Presenter of The Night Café on Lotus FM which airs daily on Monday – Thursday from 21:00 – 00:00. He takes great satisfaction in his innate ability to connect with a wide range of people and present a novel and exciting perspective on the entertainment industry, having interacted with some of the best in the business.
Experience And Progression:
- Keshav’s journey as an on-air presenter began 7.5+ years ago, after being an inspired listener of Lotus FM.
- He has presented and produced for an online radio station for 4 years.
- He thereafter moved onto provincial community broadcast radio, where he secured himself as a popular radio personality in the last 3.5+ years.
Accomplishments:
- Keshav has studied North Indian classical dance (Kathak) at the esteemed Nateshwar Dance Academy and is currently a dance teacher and choreographer at the school.
- He writes Hindi movie reviews for the POST newspaper, with Bollywood being a keen interest of his.
- Keshav has performed in a host of theatre shows in and around South Africa.
- He has shared the stage and performed with Bollywood stars at the SAIFTA Awards.
