Answer: Leaf-Tailed Geckos.
Quick Fact: Leaf-tailed geckos ...are a diverse group of lizards celebrated as masters of camouflage, capable of mimicking dead leaves, tree bark, and lichen with startling accuracy. While most famous for the species endemic to Madagascar. Now Beyond their leaf-shaped tails, many have dermal fringes or flaps of skin that flatten against surfaces to eliminate shadows, making them nearly invisible during the day. They are most active at night and possess large, lidless eyes with vertical pupils, offering night vision significantly better than that of humans. But please do not go near one because If threatened, some species open their mouths wide to reveal a bright red or orange interior and may emit a loud distress call that sounds like a child's scream.
