About EB Mamode :
Ebrahim Essop Mamode is married with 2 sons. He matriculated at Chatsworth High School. For many years he worked within the Shoe Industry.EE Mamode presents the show “Guldasta”. This is an Urdu language show, that features every Wednesday between 6-7 pm.Guldasta is a Ghazal programme, and appeals to all sections of the Indian community. The show features popular international artists
Experience & Progression:
Presently he is employed part time in a reputable Travel agency.
He started off at a community radio station as a religious presenter, then joined Lotus FM in 2012, presenting Deenyat and Qawaali hour, after which he was appointed to present the Guldasta programme.
He is also the secretary general and PRO of BuzmeAdab, an organisation that promotes the Urdu language and culture.
Qawaali and Ghazals is his forte and he is called upon as Programme Director at every major religious function to host Qawaali Shows of international artists.
