What has been the highlight of your career thus far:

I would say doing part of the live commentary from Kyalami at the last South Africa Formula 1 Grand Prix held in 1993 for two SABC stations was a highlight.

What has been your most ambarrassing moment on air or event?
Driving together with a colleague from Gauteng on a car launch in the Eastern Cape, we took a wrong turn and got lost in an area where there was no cellphone reception. We had to drive a long way before we were in cellphone range to get further route directions, and because we were late in getting to the hotel, we ended up delaying the business conference.
What do you enjoy doing?

Testing all the latest cars - especially the fast and powerful exotics.

Your precious possesion and why?
My 1964 MG Midget Mark ll sports car. It is quite unique, I have won quite a few awards with the car and I never get tired of driving it. I have had it now for some 22 years.

Favourite Food: crayfish and calamari.
I'm afraid of: looking down from tall buildings.
I get ticked off:when people don't do what they have promised to do.
I cry: when I see beautiful motor cars being abused by bad or uncaring drivers.

I wouldn't pay a fortune to meet anybody.

What would you like your greatest lifetive achievement to be?

To be bring joy and happiness into the lives of those that have not previously had the opportunity.
